Ballpark the ~perfect calorie tracker
Your dinner was a guess. Your tracker shouldn’t pretend otherwise. Log what you know, estimate what you don’t, and see whether you’re likely on track.

Barcodes to ballparks
Track precisely when you can. Estimate honestly when you can’t.
Scan a barcode or nutrition label, search the food database, or estimate from a photo or description.
This day combines database foods with photo estimates. The result is ~2,695 calories, likely 2,540–2,845, against a 2,700-calorie goal.
A shared meal
A camera can’t see how much was yours.
Ballpark estimates everything on the table, then lets you adjust how much you actually ate. The components, macros, and likely range move together.
How it works
Simple when the meal is simple. Honest when it isn’t.
Start with a barcode scan, a nutrition label, a database food, a photo, a screenshot, or a description. Exact entries stay exact. When an answer would meaningfully change an estimate, Ballpark asks.
Weight progress
Sometimes the honest answer is “not yet.”
Fifteen weigh-ins across thirty-four days can still overlap with ordinary daily variation. Ballpark shows the range the data supports and leaves the center dashed until the direction becomes clear.
Where AI helps
AI handles the tedious part. You keep the judgment.
Ballpark uses AI to read photos and descriptions, identify uncertainty, and prepare an editable estimate. It keeps the inputs, assumptions, and likely range visible. You decide what to do with them.
